Cycling coaching sessions are designed to be fun and challenge all abilities of cyclist. By keeping the groups small I will work with each young rider to help them achieve their full potential.
Saturday Coaching Sessions
Aimed at developing core cycling techniques these sessions will enable young riders to become more capable, they will learn how their bike handles on different surfaces and how to control their speed on rough ground. We will teach the fundamentals of cycling from braking, pedalling, gear selection and group riding. Equipped with these core fundamentals your child will be able to handle their bike with more confidence on the road and off-road.
Suitable for riders aged 4 – 12.

Cost: £40 for the course or £10 per session
Please note this is not bike-ability and we do not teach road safety i.e where to stop at traffic lights etc…
All courses are coached by British Cycling qualified instructors. Every child will need a bike with two working brakes and a helmet to take part.
One to One Coaching for young riders
I offer one to one coaching for young riders from 4 years old upwards. I have helped many young people stop needing stabilisers and develop good riding technique at a young age which should enable them to enjoy cycling for years to come.
I can also give one to one coaching if your child needs help and support to learn a new skill on their bike or are in need of a general confidence boost.
Cost: £50 per hour £80 for two hours

Kids birthday parties and adventure sessions
Learn the fundamentals of cycling playing games and having races during an enjoyable 2 hour session. These sessions will build on your children’s skill-set and will be tailored to the young riders current level of mountain biking know how.
Every rider will receive a medal.
Adventure session with Pilates.
A 1 hour 30 minutes cycling session ending with a relaxing Pilates session to develop muscle awareness and core strength.
