Mountain Bike Camps for Children

Beginner mountain bike skills camp

Join the Pedal 2 Pedal bike school for young cyclists who want to get off-road on their bikes and have adventures on singletrack. These cycling camps will build mountain bike skills like cornering, braking and gear selection on varied terrain, in a fun and safe environment.

Run by qualified British Cycling coaches, Pedal 2 Pedal cycling camps are a great place for young mountain bikers to have fun, learn new skills on singletrack, meet friends and burn off some energy!

Monday 27th May 11.30 – 13.00
Tuesday 28th May 08.00 – 09.30
Wednesday 29th May 08.00 – 09.30
Thursday 30th May 11.30 – 13.00

Cost: £12.50 or £5 for members.

Intermediate Mountain Bike Skills Camp Ages 7 – 10 only

For young mountain bikers who already ride on blue singletrack trails. We will help them build their singletrack mountain bike skills like cornering, front wheel lifts and tackling trail obstacles on varied terrain. To join these camps you should have done at least 10 beginner camps with us already.

Wednesday 29th May 09.30 – 11.00
Thursday 30th May 13.00 – 14.30

Cost: £12.50 or £5 for members.

Advanced Mountain Bike Skills Camp

For young mountain bikers who already ride on red singletrack trails. We will help them build their singletrack mountain bike skills like cornering, front wheel lifts and tackling trail obstacles on varied terrain. Our expert coaches will guide young mountain bikers and provide a safe environment so that they can access more difficult singletrack trails and push their ability. From learning how to jump properly to finding control and confidence on steep and natural trails, our mountain bike coaches will provide the knowledge and expertise for these young riders to excel.
