Immerse yourself in a weekend mountain biking, led by qualified British Cycling coaches and guides Hannah and Sean will take you on an adventure to improve your mountain bike skills, core bike handling techniques, confidence and riding ability.  Each day our chef will cook specially prepared lunches and cakes served to you trail side, where you can admire the views and surround yourself with nature. Relax and unwind with Pilates classes aimed at cyclists.

After your weekend the fun doesn’t stop their join our women’s mountain bike group on Facebook to keep in touch with your new riding buddies and meet like-minded women.

This mountain bike skills weekend is perfect for riders with a moderate amount of mountain biking experience and a good level of general fitness who are looking to build up their confidence and ability on two wheels.

Is this course right for me?

Please read the following description. If this sounds like you, then you’re perfect for this course:

  • You’re fairly new to mountain biking or have not been riding off-road regularly for more than two years
  • You regularly ride off-road and have ridden green, blue and perhaps red graded singletrack trails before at a trail centre
  • You have your own mountain bike
  • You are fit and healthy, able to ride for three hours comfortably on hilly terrain
  • You are aged 18 and over
